While some of our pretzels do not contain nuts, all our items are made in a facility that uses cashews and walnuts, so we advise anyone with a nut allergy to avoid eating any of our treats.

Our pretzels and turtles will last for up to 3 months if they’re still in their original packaging.

No, none of our items require refrigeration. If you’d like to save half of your pretzel or turtle for later, simply seal them up and leave them out.

Yes, on days where the temperature is over 80 degrees, the chocolate coating can melt. Make sure you store your treats in a cool location!

Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for the creation of your order. The more notice you give us, the better we’ll be able to serve you.
